Damaged in Transit
We carefully prepare and package our engines for transportation. However, freight damage can occasionally occur.
If your engine arrives damaged, please:
Inspect the shipment upon delivery.
Report visible damage to the freight driver where possible.
Take photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Please do not install, start, or operate an engine that appears to have sustained transport damage.

International Shipping
DIBS OUTBOARD ENGINES offers international shipping for selected outboard motors and JDM automotive engines.
International delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, freight arrangements, and customs processing.
International shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination country, shipment dimensions, weight, and freight requirements.
Free shipping applies to eligible Australian domestic orders only. International orders are not included in our free Australia-wide shipping offer.
